1. Car Parking Validation ------- You can purchase "Half price" validation in our office.


2. Please keep your personal belongings in a secure place.


3. There is no child care available in this office.


4. We accept only cash or personal checks with valid ID. No credit cards please.


5. Cancellation ------- Please call us at least 8 hours prior to your appointment time so we can schedule for other waiting Clients.   We will charge you in full amount, including insurance claim if you don't show up or cancel last minute, unless it's an emergency reason.
